Ethiopia Mountain Nyala — Bale Mountains, Exclusive Hunting

Mountain nyala is one of the world's rarest and most coveted trophies — endemic only to the Bale Mountains of southern Ethiopia, found nowhere else on Earth. Ethiopian Highlands Safaris operates the only legal mountain nyala hunts under government quota. Hunts take place at 9,000–11,000 ft altitude in giant heath moorlands and Hagenia forest. The mountain nyala is Ethiopia's largest antelope — bulls stand 4.5 ft at the shoulder and carry massive spiraling horns averaging 30–36 inches.
