2-Day Blackbuck Antelope Hunt — Texas Hill Country

The blackbuck antelope is one of the most striking animals in the world — males display a dramatic two-tone coat of dark brown and white with long, spiraling horns that can exceed 24 inches. Originally from India, blackbuck are now established across the Texas Hill Country in numbers exceeding 40,000 animals.

Blackbuck are lightning-fast and have exceptional eyesight, making them one of the most challenging spot-and-stalk animals available. Our guides are experts at reading blackbuck behavior and positioning hunters for clean, ethical shots at trophy bucks. The open rangeland and cedar-dotted pastures of the Hill Country are ideal habitat, and we consistently harvest bucks in the 19–24" range.

This is a year-round hunt with no Texas license required. The 2-day format is perfect for a quick Texas adventure combined with a hog or axis deer combo hunt. Ask about our multi-species package deals.

Blackbuck venison is lean and mild — excellent table fare. We can coordinate processing and can arrange for the hide to be tanned as a beautiful trophy rug.
