3-Day Pheasant Hunt — South Dakota Prairie Fields

South Dakota is the pheasant hunting capital of the world, and our operation in the Missouri Coteau sits in the absolute heart of the best country. Private land access to thousands of acres of native grass, CRP fields, wetland edges, and shelterbelts gives our hunters shot opportunities that simply don't exist on public land. This is walk-up hunting with pointing dogs at its finest.

Our kennel of professionally trained English setters and German shorthairs will make you a believer in the magic of bird dogs. Watching a dog slam into a hard point in a CRP field while roosters cackle overhead is something no hunter should miss. Limits of wild South Dakota roosters are achievable every day.

Our lodge is a beautifully renovated farmstead with 8 private rooms, a full-service bar, and a chef who takes pride in preparing the birds you harvest. Fresh pheasant over polenta, pheasant pot pie, and slow-roasted pheasant breast are among the rotating menu items.
