Extremadura's cork oak and holm oak dehesa landscapes are Spain's finest hunting terrain, holding exceptional red stag, wild boar, mouflon, and fallow deer populations on fenced estate hunts spanning 5,000–30,000 acres. Each montería position is numbered and drawn by lot among hunters — you never know what will appear next through the oak trees.
