Ontario Black Bear Hunt — Boreal Forest, North Manitoba Wilderness Guides
About This Hunt
Northwestern Ontario's vast boreal forest is black bear country — densely forested lakes-and-rivers terrain where bears are plentiful and pressure is minimal. North Manitoba Wilderness Guides operates spring (mid-May through June) and fall (September) baited hunts with multiple blind sites per concession. Ontario consistently produces bears in the 300–450 lb range with exceptional color phases. Remote fly-in camps and road-accessible lodges available. Archery, rifle, and crossbow hunters welcome. Black bears only — Ontario does not allow hound hunting.
