Iowa is the #1 state for producing 200"+ typical whitetail — more Boone & Crockett entries than any other state per square mile. Heartland Whitetail Outfitters controls 15,000 acres of Iowa river bottom and CRP ground in Boone County, managed exclusively for trophy genetics. Low-pressure (4 hunters/week max), mature buck focus (4.5+ yr minimum), custom elevated box blinds and hang-on stands. NR license + tag included. Rut hunting October 25 – November 15 fills by January each year.
