Spring & Fall Grizzly — Western Alaska

Very low volume, very high success — that's the Arctic North Guides philosophy. Spring hunts access bears with prime winter hides via snow machine on April snowpack. Fall hunts glass riverbeds and berry patches with Super Cub support. Some bears qualify for SCI and B&C record books. Combo moose available on fall hunts.

Western Alaska holds grizzly populations within SCI grizzly boundaries — a distinct zone producing large bears with exceptional hide quality in spring. Spring hunts use snow machine and snowshoe access for bears averaging 8-9' squared. Fall hunts use Super Cub support to glass hillsides and riverbeds for large pre-denning bears.
