Dall Sheep Hunt — Yukon Wilderness

The Yukon Territory is home to exceptional Dall sheep populations in some of the world's most dramatic mountain wilderness. Yukon rams are known for their extraordinary horn mass and length — fullcurl rams with 40"+ measurements are taken every season in top units. Unlike Alaska, Yukon requires booking through a licensed territorial outfitter, ensuring guided access to private concession areas with minimal hunting pressure.

Yukon Wilderness Outfitters holds a 3,500-square-mile exclusive concession in the Mackenzie and Ogilvie mountain ranges — wilderness that sees perhaps 4–6 hunters per year. Rams here are wild, mature, and completely unaccustomed to hunting pressure. Our pack-in camps are positioned based on late summer ram band observations, putting you within striking distance of target animals from day one.
